Pork meat, Pork lard (9.7%), Salt, Flavor blend (Flavourings, dextrose, sucrose, salt, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E252), Flavourings, Dextrose, Wine, Black pepper, Dextrose, salt, pH regulator: E262, E331, antioxidant: E300, natural flavours, Spices.

In a cool and dry place. Once the goods have been received, it is advisable to remove them from the cartons.

The “Larded salami” is exquisite consumed with homemade bread or baked in a wood, even better if bruscato on hot coals of olive wood. The “Larded salami” is a delicacy in combination with grilled vegetables in oil “Gastronomia delle Marche” and the excellent white wine “Falerio” and perhaps with typical Marche cheeses such as “Formaggio di Fossa, al Tartufo or Pecorino Fresco Maceratese”.
