Antica Gastronomia innovatively reinterprets the “Piantone Mogliano”, a historic Marche culture, dedicating itself not simply to producing oil, but to producing olive oil, the star of a new range; products that, in addition to being typical and authentic, have the additional characteristic of not being limited by the usual seasonality, but of being available to enjoy throughout the year.

The Antica Gastronomia agricultural company tells a new story, one of love for the territory and the precious foods it can offer, a story that begins in the Marche hinterland, with an intuition that is immediately “cultivated”. An intuition that becomes a special project in which the taste of tradition and the taste of innovation combine perfectly, using research and experience to create, enhance and innovate typical products.

The olive that the company offers comes to the table with all its natural fragrance. What makes it so special is its ability to evoke the same aromas and fragrances of the oil, that particular, delicately bitter taste, accompanied by pleasant fruity notes. Special attention is also paid to the packaging of the products, which includes both the use of glass jars and vacuum trays, available in different formats, from giant black olives seasoned with orange to “Piantone Mogliano” olives with toasted almonds.
