The “Stone ground sieved corn flour” is ready to be put in the pot, both traditional and pressure, the cooking time varies depending on the liking, if soft or more consistent, it is tasty seasoned with white sauce or meat sauce. It is also appreciable with a good Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVO) and a good handful of Parmigiano Reggiano or aged Pecorino.
