La salamella di fegato è un insaccato di fegato suino, particolare e tipico dell’entroterra marchigiano. Preparata secondo un’antica ricetta, il perfetto equilibrio tra carne, fegato e spezie fanno si che il prodotto risulti dal gusto intenso e profumato. The characteristics are enhanced in combination with the exquisite vegetables in oil “Gastronomia delle Marche” and with the excellent “Rosso Piceno”.
