The “Pork Sausage” should be eaten after cooking. It can be grilled as on the griddle or in a pan or put in tomato sauce giving a pinch of personality and fragrance to the dish. It is excellent enjoyed with vegetables or eaten alone. It is always recommended to consume the cooked product. Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C, in a pan or grill over medium heat for 10 minutes.
