The “Salame Mazzafegato” should be eaten spread on bread, preferably homemade or baked in a wood, or spread on good freshly toasted bread. The characteristics are enhanced in combination with the exquisite vegetables in oil “Gastronomia delle Marche” and with the excellent “Rosso Piceno”.
