The “Pork slice porchetta style ” is a very special second dish, many versatile. It can be eaten both cold and hot, it is special enjoyed alone with good fresh bread and good red wine, or in combination with peas going over everything in a pan becomes a 2nd dish with side dish. It is equally good with the addition of tomato puree all heated in a pan, in this case all the aromas and flavor of porchetta are highlighted.
