Peppers au gratin are excellent in pairings with meat and roasted fish. It is also recommended to enjoy them on their own. Gratin peppers can be eaten both hot and cold. It is advisable to remove the product from the refrigerator about 20/30 minutes before being consumed.
Peppers au gratin are also tasty to be enjoyed hot by heating them for about 3 minutes in a non-stick pan over low heat, or in a microwave oven for 1 minute at medium power or even in a convection or traditional oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 220 °C.
