The Gratin Ortolana is excellent in combinations of roasted meat and fish. It is also recommended to enjoy it on its own. Grating Ortolana can be consumed
both hot and cold.
It is advisable to remove the product from the refrigerator about 20/30 minutes before being consumed.
Ortolana Gratinata is also tasty when heated for about 3 minutes in a non-stick pan over low heat, in a microwave oven for 1 minute at 720 watts or in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.
