THE TERRITORY
Antica Gastronomia s.r.l. is located in Mogliano, a lovely little village in Le Marche region, in an area between Macerata and Fermo, 35 km from the Adriatic sea and the Sibillini mountains, the "heart" of the true Marche rich in authentic traditions, in authenticity of flavors and simple ingredients.
A land where you can still taste the traditional dishes arrived to our days thanks to the “vergare”.

The vergara was the queen of the house, an interesting character, simple and complex at the same time, she was holding and administering the house, a reference point for all members of the family and not only.
The kitchen was her undisputed kingdom... here the vergara was preparing delicious dishes enhancing the authenticity of raw materials and the simplicity of preparations, often reused the "leftovers" revisiting them in tasty food and enhancing the culture of reuse avoiding waste.

Memorable her Sunday lunches... so, from the classic salumi, delicacies such as the typical ciauscolo, meat or liver sausage, larded salami and cured ham, then delicious main course like lasagne or cannelloni, the chicken galantine and the Olivier salad, all accompanied by robust red or white tasty wines.

The history of Antica Gastronomia Srl began in 1985, to continue and to pay tribute to the Marche country tradition and the figure

Antica Gastronomia srl is equipped with all health and EC permissions, for the processing of products based on meat, fish and milk. Its production structure is attributed 1725/L mark which, under the new legislation, encompasses and represents all corporate authorizations.
In the most rigorous observance the applicable health laws (Act 155), Antica Gastronomia implements self-control on the products and the related production cycles.
